（1） National joint insurance
Implement nationwide joint insurance and national standard three guarantees service. In case of faults within the scope of Three Guarantees, the original warranty certificate and purchase invoice can be used to return and replace at the authorized network.
Three guarantee services are as follows:
Within 7 days from the date of sale, consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair. Within 15 days from the date of sale, consumers can choose to exchange or repair. Consumers can choose to repair the goods within 1 year from the date of sale. The following situations are not within the scope of Three Guarantees:
Beyond the validity period of three guarantees.
No valid three guarantees voucher and invoice.
The contents of the invoice are inconsistent with the physical identification of the goods or altered.
Damage caused by failure to use, maintain and maintain according to the requirements of the product operation manual (man-made damage).
（2） Warranty description
If your accessories have quality problems, please call the service hotline, and the local maintenance station will provide door-to-door service within 24 hours (except under special circumstances).
In case of quality problems in the normal use of your accessories, our company will provide free maintenance service.
In case of the following circumstances, you can choose the paid services provided by our company.
During each repair, the person in charge of the customer service center will check whether the product model and serial number on the invoice and warranty certificate are consistent with the physical goods. Please ask the dealer for a written certificate at the time of purchase to ensure that the dealer will honor your additional commitments.
（3） Exemption from warranty obligations
In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and avoid unnecessary losses, our company does not undertake the obligation of free return and replacement for the problems of auxiliary materials caused by the following reasons. Please choose paid service.
Beyond the warranty period.
In case of scratch, bump, deformation, depression, etc.
Removed or repaired by unauthorized service personnel.
Damage caused by accidental factors or human behavior and external forces (including operation error, handling, collision, input of inappropriate voltage, etc.).
Damage caused by natural disasters and other irresistible forces (such as earthquake, fire, flood, etc.).
For services beyond the scope of free warranty, we will charge a fee (charging standard = technical service fee, replacement parts fee).
The company reserves the right to interpret all the above provisions without prior notice.
（4） Special note:The warranty terms of some auxiliary materials are not within the above 123 service scope. Please refer to the actual warranty card of the product and consult the dealer at the time of purchase.
